Magic Yoga effective conditioning physiological period does not apply

1. the body climbing on the mat, legs open than shoulder width some distance away.

Hands on both sides of the chest, right knee bent, left leg pocket on the inside of the right knee. Gestures laid back, slowly adjusting to breathe.

2. breathe while hands hold up, face toward the front, breathes, and then stay for 5 seconds.

3. breathe in, stay at about 2 seconds and then spit, vomit when head turn to the left, while the eyes to see the left knee.

Stay for 5 seconds.

4. suction, head back to the in situ, breathes, head to the right, eyes right knee, the same stay for 5 seconds.

5. the last restore health.

For one leg. Repeat this action every day to back to 5.
