Yoga work post work body balance

Medical columnist GE Wende recently in New York who published an article pointed out that, if the thought of old age but also to ensure good quality of life, we'd better do the following three things:

1. do yoga power or any help body balance exercise;

2. standing of prescription drugs reduced to 4 or fewer;

3. the number of carried a heavy load.

Why are these three things? on the elderly, living in the greatest danger is falling.

GE Wende article mentioned that "each year, around 35 million people in the United States because of falling hurt his hip, in 40 per cent can only rest in sanatoriums, 20 per cent can no longer walk. The resulting falls three major factors are balanced colour strength, consume too many prescription drugs and muscle atrophy. ”
