Yoga's "eight Tianlong"

1: self control (Yama): emphasizes compassion, not greed, just, pure, not bound by desire.

2: compliance (Niyama): including clean body and mind, contentment, restraint, attendance of the ancient sages and the world remained pious heart.

Yoga 3: gesture (Asana): steady and comfortable posture.

4: transfer pricing method (Pranayama): breathing control and energy.

5: control of the senses (Pratyahara): to practice at the convergence of voice, meditation, is to practice concentration preparatory work.

6: holds (Dharana): concentrated concentration to improve life of gas, is a meditation preparatory work.

7: meditation (Dhyana): i.e. meditation to improve lives.

8: should the need arise, or Samadhi (Samadhi): beyond the realm of consciousness.

When physical and sensory rest, seemingly in sleep, but the mind is still remain vigilant, as sober.
